Nothing on this site, including any calculator estimate, rate mentioned, or form submission, is a loan offer, a pre-approval, or a commitment to lend, and no employee is authorized to suggest otherwise. Actual loan terms depend on your full financial picture, credit, and the lender's guidelines, and are subject to underwriting approval.
Calculators & Estimates
The calculators on this site (payment, affordability, and refinance) produce estimates only, based on the numbers you enter and general assumptions (such as average state property tax rates). They are not a substitute for a real quote from a licensed loan officer.

Complaints
If you have a complaint about our products, services, or how you were treated, contact us and it will be directed to our Compliance Officer for investigation. You'll receive a preliminary response within 15 calendar days, and we aim to fully resolve complaints within 60 calendar days.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of this site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
